This has always worked well for me. The funny thing is, I installed it back in January of 2010, and forgot to leave a review. I also conveniently forgot to make a donation. Now I see that they charge a few bucks for it. Must be that not enough people used the honor system. It's well worth it. I'm going to pay it now so I can sleep nights. :-)

I've tried other forms for Joomla 1.5 (paid and free) and this is by far the best available. I still need to play around with some of the more advanced features, but putting up a quick form today was my priority, and this allowed me to do just that.

This is a really nice component. I can see why it's rated "Excellent" by most users, however the requirement of having to enter in the actual file name yourself seems like an unnecessary step. It would be nice if this could be dynamically added after the upload. Aside from that, very nice.

Hi, you need not to enter the name yourself, if you upload some file to the Phoca Download folder, then just click on this file and it will be dynamically added into the input field: File Name

Shape 5 - Image and Content Fader
This module works great in 1.5 native.

I'm a big fan of Shape 5. Their modules and templates have always worked great for me, and their support is 2nd to none.
