Never see this before for a component
The forum is dead (and fully spammed).
Don't expect to have a answer!

We send a lot of mail to the support, and we have only one answer.
And we try to phone to them.
They say (in the website) : "We are available 7 days a week to support our valued clients." This is wrong!

This plugin look like abandoned.

And this extension seems to be work fine, but it isn't.
There is no master categories.
The master category for article seems to be hazardous.
So when you clic on a article, it open, but not in the categories that we want.

And it is impossible to turn back !

So you know what to do...

I am sorry you had a less than stellar response to our component and the support. We understand support is crucial to components and to that end we have recreated our forums, I'm working toward putting in all the needed content and keeping spam from being a problem.
