i like this better than the karma- i wish it came with some sort of docs tho- it is pretty straightforward, but am guessing at the dayblock parameters- doesnt seem to want to let a member vote more than once- often times several transactions can take place between two members, so they have to be able to add more than one rating-
i am going to see if i can change tthe little thumb images out too-
overall i like it

dayblock means a member can rate another member again after the days set. (set to 0 disables this feature, so you can rate every member only once)
The thumb images can be found in :
components\com_comprofiler\plugin\user\plug_cbrating\image
You may replace them with any images keeping the filenames.

i am very new to joomla, and have been having a heck of a time with some components and modules. i was though able to set this up very easily- and play with the forms. it is nice that it is all laid out for you and there is hardly any guesswork. they only thing i have not figured out yet is how to link to the form, like from a menu link or something- i am still lost there- but am working on it- the form is nice looking to- clean and uncluttered-
