Phoca - Google AdSense Easy
Perfect for Google Ads. I'm capable of placing the code in manually, but I like the option of having a specific module for this.
Mine is blank at the moment, but I'm also well aware that it won't show ads until my adsense account is approved. Just common sense ;)
