I had been previously been using wrapper to integrate HCL to our support site. I was able to tweak it enough to make it look nice, but it sure was cumbersome and limited as to the pages and positions I could use.
This module allows me to place the small HCL icon (or text if you prefer) in any module position effortlessly, giving our live support feature much more visibility throughout the site.
Install was flawless. Unlike the previous reviewer, my instructions were clearly written in English. I inserted the HCL generated code into the module settings and was up-and-running within a minute or so.
This module is going to be really useful for us - Thank You!

This component will be one of, if not the first add-on to any future joomla installations I manage.
