open the /plugins/content/jlike.php file.
Add following lines in start of plgContentjLike method
global $option;
if($option == "com_frontpage"){
return;
}
So you can exclude from frontpage.

This is now implemented in 1.0.3 as parameter in plugin to exclude like button from various areas of site.

the idea is great in it's semplicity; css customization must be done coding the core files,there's no css indeed only styling in php file.
anyway if you need as simple non-component cb plugin that's it, and does exactly what's made for.
would me much more complete if there could be implementation of at least a description of the video..top score would be the chance to edit videos in front end...

it's impossible to automatically sync acajoom subscribers with joomla users. so if i delete a user from joomla it is not deleted from acajoom... it's a real shame and a great time loss.
i've been using this wonderful plugin for long time, till i started with AEC..it would be great for a community like mine to integrate with AEC this plugin's functionality..maybe someone knows how to do... thanks a lot!!

Sorry, have no experience with AEC ... waiting for Beat's subscription plugin to be released (ETA: end of 2007)
