This component is AWESOME. I have long had the issue with clients of trying to teach them how to format certain things nicely. We usually design the site with the content in the site and even when trying to keep it simple, clients can get confused when trying to duplicate what we've done. Enter this component and it resolves the issue 100%.
This component easily saves me several hours in support time monthly. THANK YOU!

First off let me say that I have literally tried every other Real Estate component in the JED. I've been using HP for a few years now and switched to iProperty and SO glad I did! It's miles ahead of anything else made for Joomla (or otherwise even).
The developer is very helpful and knows his stuff without question. He replies quickly and helps with any issues you are having.
Can't say enough good about the component or the company - seriously worth the money.

Right away it was pretty easy to get this working on my site and now have titles and meta tags on pages that I could never get them on before with any other components.
One item of note: If you are working with a URL that contains a questions mark you must escape it.
ie:
url?task=advsearch&id=136
should look like this in tag meta:
url\?task=advsearch&id=136
Just add the backslash before the "?" and that does it!

I installed and configured this myself (without documentation because it's THAT easy) in one day including CSS edits. I now have a custom looking site that my site's editor can easily edit and add to. I am thinking of revising some of my clients sites to use this component as well. The options seem endless in what you can do!
There are still some small bugs, but it's a brand new component and the support over at JoomlaWorks is great!
