I really think this could be a powerful app, but I am disappointed that it does not post the actual article! It only seems to post the words 'added a new article on {sitename}' which can be changed. Also, the link is NOT a direct link to the article. I have requested some support on this from ping.fm but no feedback as of yet!

I am planning to create an update in the future in where the text can be posted but please keep in mind that Ping.FM only allows you to send an x number of characters. Nevertheless I see the purpose of sending the actual text as opposed to the message you can edit yourself. By the way, the link is converted by Ping.FM and not by the plugin and you getting no support from Ping.FM sounds very familiar to me as I am trying to get my Application API key validated for almost a year now!
