Support seems very determined to give a hard time to clients. I have no use for the Component, but there is no refund policy.

After checking your website, as requested on forum, it is found that your existing quiz component shared the tables and installer couldn't add the necessary tables which caused this issue. Since we corrected this issue on your server, and the issue is not related to the component, we request you to withdraw your review.
