I have used a Rsform Pro in few of my websites and has saved me a lots of times and effort.

It has most the functionality I want. I am so happy with it.

If the developer could add a multi page form functionality it would really make my day.

This is excellent plugin. It gives your website a web 2 appearance. I love the Lightbox effect.

I just hope that the author update the plugin to support flash video formats (flv, swf).

if it is possible to display a (loading...) message while the video file is being download to the user browser because for users with slow internet connection would be confusing to see nothing is happening while the file is being downloaded over the internet.
