Cache Cleaner
This one saves me a lot of time. I use it on all my sites.

Would appreciate a "purge expired" since my site is so large. It slows down noticeably when everything in the cache is deleted.

This feature has been implemented since version 1.7.0 (ctrl-click to purge expired cache)
