My biggest gripe is the speed of development. One of the core features, extracting registrations from the component using custom fields has been broken for the time I have used the app. It's a bit of critical part of why I wanted to use it.
I've asked the dev team to consider adding a feature or so and they've responded positively.
The tech support for the product, via a forum is pretty good too.
I'll be there does what it is supposed to do well, and once it irons out the kinks will be an important part of my arsenal.
