One thing I would also like to be able to do from within the email is trash the article. I get a lot of spam...

The two bonus features aren't useful for me for the following reasons:
- The related links feature links to the same article being displayed though.
- The "default bookmarks" feature doesn't seem to allow to automatically put a tag before the bookmarks which means they show up too close to the text above them.

You can fix up the bookmarks using CSS styles. See "Administrator > Components > Linkr > Documentation > Bookmarking"
