I ended up viewing it after being really happy with another dioscouri product, and purchased Scriba based soley on the quality of their other products.

I was not dissapointed.

Scriba installs, configures and works first shot, like all extensions should.

It really is elegant, clean, and a wonderful addition to any community site. Way better than PMS systems... who needs more e-mail. This is more like a private conversation/chat/forum system.

I love it. My users can now have one on one or group private conversations with each other.

For developers, there is a plugin system that allows you to write extensions of the system.

dioscouri's support is top notch at every level.

I'm really happy with your products, and wish you had more of them that I needed.

I found this while having to use support for another extension. When the support was over my burning question to them was... What support ticket system are you using?

billets was it, and I'm impressed. It's simple and clean (you don't want to be supporting your support system right?), and it just works... first shot, out of the box.

I love it when developers get it right. I have used hundreds of extensions in both 1.0.x and 1.5.x and I have to smile when an extension installs, configures, and works just how you want first shot, no hacks, no templating, just works.

I have since upgraded to the newest version that was released only a week after my original purchase, and I had a small hiccup regarding attachements. The support team responded via billets of course right away, and had me working in no time.

Awesome support and products.... I was so impressed with billets I had complete faith when purchasing my second Dioscouri product, and it's just as good.

My CB avatars work perfectly with each comment (nice touch), and the open tickets module is nice to display on your front page. It dissapears if there are no open tickets if you want.

I needed a simple little mod to put some static content on on certain pages at the top of my page, and in certain mod positions. I could have achieved this simply by creating a new mod and typing my content into it, but this module does that one thing I couldn't find elsewhere. Allow me to put the edit content button on the item. So now, I have the content on my frontpage and it can be edited by the publishers, and it works with joomfish... I love it.. Nice and simple.. no problems... thanx for this.
