Teamlog is a strong beta entry into a much-needed category for Joomla. The component installs and runs smoothly and I encountered no technical problems.
Pros:
* Simple to install and use
* Provides front-end time entry
* The only Joomla-based project management tool with per-task time entry that I have seen so far
* Allows for usable project/task entry and breakdowns, todo-assignments, and time entry and reporting.
Cons:
* No HTML comments!!! All HTML formatting gets stripped from project descriptions, which makes it very difficult to use this as a general-purpose data field (which is bad, since it is really the only way of adding data to the project other than tasks).
* No front-end project creation/editing or reporting functions.
* Separate Todo and Task types? This might seem nitpicky at first, but Todos cannot be assigned to Projects, and Tasks cannot be assigned to users. This means that there is no way to create a task for a project and assign it to a user, without using a separate (and completely unrelated) todo.
* Unable to enter time for a Todo, only for tasks (see above). Combining todos and tasks into a single entity would both simplify the tool and make it more useful.
Other Thoughts:
* Teamlog would probably be a bit easier to run with if it came installed with some sample data, or at least had the option.
* Import/Export options would be a great addition
* I love the fact that I can create types for tasks. What about types for projects?
* Would love to see the ability to add contacts to a project.

Wow! This is a perfect file explorer. It is everything that joomlaXplorer was for Joomla 1.0, but better. Very attractive, but best of all, quite functional. I am able to *edit* (not just view) the files on my server with no fuss or mess. Ajax is well-used on this component for on-demand loading and friendly context menus to make this super-easy to use. Easier to use than even the best FTP, and it's just one click away.
This component should really be part of the base Joomla 1.5 install.
Note: I did have a minor installation issue where the tar and gzip scripts couldn't be read, leaving me to unpack a couple files manually.

I would expect that a File Management component claiming to be Joomla 1.5 Native supports the built-in Joomla 1.5 FTP file access system. Nope.
Furthermore, this component claims to be a fork of the JoomlaXplorer component (which I have used for years and love), but it doesn't have one of the critical features of JoomlaXplorer -- the built-in FTP file access. Nope.
Since this component fails on two rather obvious assumptions, it also fails to meet my needs (and presumably, the needs of many other admins). The whole point of a File Management component is to let you manage your files within Joomla. Unfortunately, without the FTP layer this isn't possible on almost any server, unless you have thrown security to the wind.

This is by far the best Google Maps solution I've seen for Joomla yet. Loaded with features and relatively easy to use. I would like the ability to pre-configure multiple addresses in the back-end to avoid all the in-line mess with the tags, but that's just icing.
The only issue I had is that when I tried to change the Google API version to "2.s" instead of "2.x" (to force stable-only releases, as it says in the documentation) the marker(s) refused to show up.

This is a slick little sitemap tool. Just install and go. The generated sitemap can be customized to meet the need of your site and it works well with other extensions.
Note that for publishing the Google Sitemap produced by Joomap I utilized two other add-ons:
1) Google SiteMaps Plugin from JoomX - a 'bot which publishes the Google Sitemaps confirmation code
2) ARTIO JoomSEF - an SEF component which I used to create a shortcut to the sitemap (/sitemap instead of /index.php?blahblah)

This is the perfect 'bot. It does exactly one function and works correctly. I just installed, published, entered my Google code and saved.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a bot (not a module or component), and it simply publishes the Google Sitemaps verification code on your site. In order to actually generate the Google Sitemap you must have the Joomap component installed.

joomlaXplorer was one of my favorite extensions, but it keeps getting better. Adding native FTP support lets me do absolutely anything right from my browser. This extension is the next best thing to have desktop access to the web server, and is far easier to use for most tasks than SSH or SFTP clients.
I recommend this to all site admins, especially if you don't have 100% control over your own servers (for example, because you are using a hosting service).
Note that I have been using this extension for more than a year and have not experienced any security issues due to its installation.
Great job and thanks for making my life so much easier!

This very simple-to-use extension simply provides everything you need in statistics and traffic reporting. Report by day, month, year, or all-time. See reports on browsers, systems, bots, referrers and more! This extension has made it on all of my sites since I discovered it. Thanks for a great component!

Let me start by saying that Acajoom is not a bad product, I just feel that it has a way to go yet before it is usable in a production system. That being said it is better than any other mass mailing system I have tried to use with Joomla.
Acajoom support multiple Lists, each with its own subscriber, and multiple newsletters per list. The subscriber list may be started with the existing Joomla User database (Community Builder supported), and new users can be automatically added to a list.
Acajoom has comprehensive statistics gathering and reporting on the messages sent, unfortunately it does not seem to work for me. I can view the statistics pages, but everything is blank.
My single biggest complaint is that my very first production e-mail attempt crashed about 12% of the way through. Instead of launching a background process to send the e-mails, Acajoom tries to send them all in a page load. I'm sure this is fine for small lists, but mine is almost 700. The good news is that unlike the built-in Joomla e-mail function, Acajoom actually completes the page load without timing out. There is no recovery system though, to re-send only to failed recipients.
My second complaint is much more minor. The interface to the tool, while pretty and effective is a bit troublesome. Sometimes it just doesn't work as expected (back button), while other times it seems glitchy.
Overall a great start, but I would like to see it cleaned up a bit. I would like the ability to better control the specific parameters of sending mail, as well as a recovery tool for failed send attempts. I would also like to be able to build lists automatically based upon a specific field in the User table (Community Builder support would be great). That way you could build a list for, say, everybody in a specific state or country and have the list keep itself up-to-date automatically based upon the users' profiles.
