I've used a number of video components/plugins and AllVideos plugin worked right out of the box. The tags for inserting the videos into articles are straight forward. This is now my standard video plugin for Joomla jobs.

I've within an hour, installed this component, set up my newsletter subscription, designed the template and gotten everything configured. No errors, no head scratching, no frustration. Given that my client dropped the newsletter sign up thing on me with seriously short notice, the ease of implementing this was a very pleasant surprise.
