I posted a poor review when I first bought the subscription because I needed help there and then and it didn't seem to be coming, however this was due to the fact that Terry was off sick. As soon as she was back the difference was unbelievable. A great product, even better support (thank you Terry) and they are big enough to hold their hands up when they are not giving the levels of support and increased my subscription from 6 months to a year.
I still think that the tutorials and documentation are a little lacking, I for one would be happy to assist improving them.
