I love all that and planned to use it for displaying my YouTube videos on my site. The only downside is that it automatically by default selects the YouTube 720p HD video format for playback when adding my video to the player. That will bring most surfers to my sites computers to their knees.
Other than that small problem the rest of the functionality seems very good.

One interesting feature that might add a whole new dimension to the menu would be the ability to have a default menu item triggered. That way the menu could be in its position, some module content that you want to highlight as well at the same time. That content then would change as you chose your different menu items.
Anyway I love this menu.
