I originally had installed v1.3.2 which only worked in legacy mode for 1.5. The product worked well but like most reviewers it seemed that the developer had abandoned the project or was not actively supporting it. Just the other day I noticed that an update had been made and the product was now 1.5 native and included some minor bug fixes. They even included a content plugin that allows for banner ads to run inside of content articles. I happily went to their site and downloaded the all new versions. To my dismay after installing the new component, it did not work as it had before. I went back to the forum a few times and looked for some answers but could find none. I decided to look at their main site and saw that they had listed a phone number for support. I was not sure what kind of response I was going to get on the other line when I called, if any, especially because this product is offered for free. From the moment one of the owners picked up till we hung up (4 hours later) he troubleshooted the problem I was experiencing and everything is working as it should.
I am very grateful for the dedicated support I received for this product. My advice to all when using anyone's product, free or paid, if they have a phone number listed call because you may just be pleasantly surprised.
