I have been contacting them for some questions paypal and as the last review had mention... even though I did receive daily message from them when I asked a question, but mostly they just refer me to the document, which many times are not something related to what I asked on specific setting. Until back and forth for many times, we are going nowhere, ... I am not very satisfied and outragous many times to see their answer because I know they did not check what I attach screen shot for the question. They could not really help me find any solution, nor go on to my back end to find out what the problem is. They will give me a warming not suppose to give the user id or password, and if you do, they will not tell you what they did on the back end. I had no choice but ask them to check for me.. that is how desperate I was... If you don't mind to figure out what's happening yourself, it is best not to expect too much on the support. The product itself is all right, but again, if you are very new like me on setting subscription, it will take TIME and many tries hoping a solution will come along. My problem mostly is on paypal setting. I hope they will have more documentation and with details what outcomes could be with log in or non- log paypal users.
