I reported a problem with this extension 8 days ago as of the date of this posting. A day later another user having the same problem as myself reported it to the developer as well.
7 days ago we got a weak response from the developer and that was the last we heard from them.
After repeated request for help afterwards I have not heard anything more from the company.
I even left my site which was under development "live" online just so that they could see the problem and offer a solution. Even though the site was not ready for public viewing or search engine indexing, it was that important to us and we indicated that to the developer.
So as far as the date of this comment the support and service in my experience = 0 star and that is being generous!
Hi, I am really sorry that this was the situation. We had some problems with the support man this week, but we has solved them right now and keep answering tickets as usual. If you still have the issue, please write the ticket again, we'll answer.
