JEvents
To be very honest, this is by far the best extension I've ever used and purchased (gold membership) with the best support I've ever experienced.

We are creating a platform for events, locations and bands to support local music, and I never thought that there's ONE existing solution for all that, which I can customize to my wishes so freely, it is simply amazing.

In my eyes JEvents is developed somebody who knows better than others (e.g. SobiPro - I hated it). Of course, when you want to have everything exactly how you wish it to be, you'll need some CSS skills and understanding, but with those overrides it's so well made...

The support always helps you very very kindly in every situation you're going through. Every beginners question is treated like any pro question, you always feel that your subspription money is taken so seriously and kindly unlike from every other support I've ever experienced. Support answers from "directly" to normally "some little hours" so you can always be sure to go on..

I never used the free version, I purchased gold-membership after some pre-sales questions in their (superb!) forum, and I never regretted it. I'm really thankful for this solution as it makes my private dream project possible and affordable. Thank you Geraint and TonyP for everything.

Best Regards,
Tommy

kBanners4SobiPro
We use over 100 categories and at least 8 different banners at 2 different banner positions on each page at the same time - and we needed a solution to assign hundreds of banners to specified positions...

Well... this one does it pretty good!!!

Once you've learned how to do it (create banners, banner groups, assign them to different(!) banner-modules...) you get a "click-matrix" for every banner or banner group. So after setting the stuff up, it's really fast and easy to manage banners by categories on small or big projects - the details-page can also be assigned to banners(!).

There's a nice function for statistics and a CSV-export as well, so I don't miss anything at the moment. This is the only extension I found with those capabilities.

An btw: Thanks to KJ for the GREAT support (we had a little issue in the statistics - SOLVED) - support is fast, very kindly and answered all of my questions.

This is my first review here, and yes, I just wrote it because I'm impressed and want to say THANK YOU.

Best regards and greetings
from Wiesbaden/Germany
