As others have thoroughly explained, documentation is sketchy at best. This solution is UNAVAILABLE for Joomla! 3 altogether. Of course their website failed to provide a page for "system requirements" so I didn't know that until after the fact.

The system works if you want to downgrade to Joomla! 2.5.

Yes at begin we concentrated on fixing bugs. Since the relaunch we have new virutemart 2 documentation http://docs.virtuemart.net/
The requirements are written down here http://virtuemart.net/downloads . VM2 has the same requirements as joomla 2.5. The experience with j1.6 and j1.7 tells us that we wait with joomla 3.x compatibility for the next LTS 3.5. Expect that we will be ready in time.

I've tried so many popular Joomla! and non-Joomla! shopping carts and this is by far the most comprehensive and easy to use. There are 1 or 2 that are better, but are more detailed than typically necessary. This is a winner and worth installing!

While the menu listbox is a bit small, this plugin is straight and to the point. Simply install and then enable the plugin. Just remember to play around with the options on the right side to ensure it operates to your liking. Great job! I'm going to donate!

First off, the product doesn't install. The SQL code is encoded in a way that forces you to insert the statements via phpMyAdmin. More importantly, this product is nothing more than the freely available AjaxChat. Is is absolutely IDENTICAL, except the latter works perfectly and this one does not. This is a terrible knock-off and the developer should be ashamed of themselves!
