joomyAdminLite
I'm recommending this module be installed in order to offer support for database issues for my own components because some users don't like giving full access to their server to use PhpMyAdmin. This module makes it so easy to access PhpMyAdmin. Thank You for making my life easier!.

Installing was easy but for the novice these instructions might help:
JooMyAdminLite Install Instructions

1. Download it and install in Joomla as with any other module

2. Go to Extensions > Module Manager

3. Click on the Administrator tab (under the heading Module Manager Top Left)

4. Find JooMyAdminLite and click to edit

5. To configure it you'll need to access PhpMyAdmin via your Servers Cpanel to copy the URL from the address bar in the browser. Then paste the URL to URL of phpMyAdmin index.php

6. Select Yes to Enable

7. Change Position to cpanel

8. Save and you are done

9. In your Joomla Admin Panel select to Site > Control Panel you should now see JooMyAdminLite in the Tabs on the Right.

Jumi
I found a simple php script on the net to allow creation of email accounts via Cpanel for my clients domain from (www.zubrag.com/scripts/cpanel-create-email-account.php).

Using Jumi I was able to implement this script in a matter of minutes, then using Joomla's default publishing access systems was able to restrict access to the module to "Special" meaning normal registered users couldn't use it only Managers or better.

Thanks Guys - This is SIMPLY BRILLIANT and now opens endless possibilities for me and will make it even more powerful/secure when I add the JACL component to the site.....

I'm Excited!!!
