He he, i have same result like you : I'm converting my WordPress site to Joomla!, and that required transferring more than 400 posts. When I tried JConverter, it reported "FAILED! - Duplicate key." But when I looked in my articles manager, all of my content was there. That was truly amazing. I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to do the process manually.
But all post and category is alredy in joomla
Can't imagine that we have great extensions !

great plugin, but i have over 10000 article and over 200 post per day, it realy slow dow my website.

you should use version 2.0
then you can activate "regenerate all" only once to generate the keywords for the old articles and then activate "save by writing" to generate description and keywords for the new posts automatically in the database by saving an new post. this takes no performance

when i enable cron job , my site is down, not display anythings, i have over 40 rss link.
but joomrss always is the best rss to article for joomla ,
