This review is specifically for Articles Anywhere, but it is true to say that all of the nonumber.nl extensions have become a standard inclusion on all my sites and can claim to be the 'Swiss Army Knife' of Joomla tools. The difference between the free versions and paid versions is minimal and the chances are that the free/non-commercial version will do what you need.

The use of Articles Anywhere (n is really simple and well documented, but if you need support, you are sure to get it extremely quickly. In most cases I have received support in minutes rather than hours.

The team at NoNumber stand by their promise of excellent and quick support - that's for sure!

There are a lot of good extensions out there, but in many cases language can be an issue, but you can be assured that if your request is in English or Dutch ( may be other languages, but I am not certain), you WILL get an answer!

I have tried several (and I mean SEVERAL) Google Map extensions and this one really is brilliant! Many others do not even support KML files, but Zh Google Maps even allows MULTIPLE KML files by use of the 'Paths' function built into the extension. In my experience, this is totally unheard of! These KML files need not be simple lines - point KMLs also work without an issue. I have not yet tried KMZ files.

Support is pretty much instant, bearing in mind that Dmitry operates out of a Russian timezone and he is clearly determined to keep the extension up to date and moving forward.

I have tested it on Joomla 1.7.3 without a problem and I understand that it also works on J2.5.

If you don't have a requirement for a SOBI or K2 type driven site, this is the way to go.

Give it a try - it's quick to install and quick to get to grips with.

Support Joomla!
