Plugin Include Component
Not only does this plugin provide an excellent solution for what was deemed "impossible" before (i.e adding a component to an article) the support provided by the developer is second to none. I encountered a small problem when trying to implement the plugin and ALL my emails, questions and queries were answered in an AWESOME timescale. This is the kind of thing that makes Joomla and Open Source really truly amazing.

This is a simple component but does work remarkably well. The documentation misses out a few crucial steps but the support over in the forum does get addressed.
If you want a cheaper option for your real estate website or any website that utilises a directory layout then this is the component to choose.

I really like this module now that I worked out how to get it to work. I couldn't find any documentation for it (maybe I was looking in the wrong place??) and I almost uninstalled it but luckily I came back here to read the reviews and saw what joomartsyhydla said first!
REALLY important: In the "Path to Folder" box make sure that your path ends with "/".
When I put e.g."library/music" it wouldn't play, but "library/music/" worked!
