Ninjaboard
Because of this forum extension, I no longer have a need for phpbb3. Now, I can do almost everything I need to do with Joomla! alone. It's just a simple yet extensive forum component that does all you need a forum to do. It is also the best looking and best functioning forum extension (I've used them all). There is so much support for this extension from template developers. I use nothing but Rocket Theme templates and their style sheets are just awesome with Ninjaboard. And there are several other template developers that have developed Ninjaboard styles. Besides for K2 and Jomsocial, I've never seen so much 3rd party template support for an extension. That says something about its quality.

CK Forms
I've been using this extension since it was brand new and have never used another forms extension since. It does everything I need and let's me customize the fields of my form without limitations. I can create multiple custom forms for different purposes within the same site. You see these features in many other forms solutions as well but what makes this one top notch is that it's *extremely* easy to use.

ND EditorSwitch
Such a simple little tool that saves a whole lot of headaches. I always felt an editor switcher should have been implemented into the Joomla! core package but with excellent 3PD extensions like this, it's not necessary. I use a combination of two editors, and occasionally no editor at all, and this tool has made switching between them quick and simple.

music
I can see this component becoming hugely popular. It's very well done and already fulfills a need for a few sites of mine that I've used workarounds for in the past. Very nice work!

1Pixelout Audio Player
The new version is a couple of bucks but it's worth it, I don't mind supporting the developer because this extension is priceless and essential. You can still download the older version for free, though and it works great. Just a wonderful plugin.

This extension is pretty amazing - not only does it install and set up mediawiki for you inside your Joomla! environment, it allows you to integrate a Wiki in your Joomla! site without ever having to use a wrapper window or install media wiki in a separate document folder or server. It also utilizes the Joomla! user database, so in order for users to edit a wiki page, they have to be logged into Joomla!. I wish I had this a year ago when I first installed my Wiki as a seaparte installation! Now I'll be migrating it over to my JWiki. Excellent job on this!

Phoca Maps
This extension works perfectly. I needed it for one site I am working on and it does exactly what I need. I will be using this for any future sites I design that require a map with directions. Thanks for another excellent component Phoca. I'm continually impressed with the quality of their work. Keep it up!

kSecure
I had been using JSecure for a long time and was disappointed to find out it went commercial. Admittedly, they're asking for a small price for a great extension and it comes with extra features which are great. But in the history of open source, some of the best software has come about as a result of a fork of software that was once free and then went commercial. This is undoubtedly one of those and I appreciate the developers for supporting free software, especially when it comes to site security. This plugin works and works good.

Store for K2
This extension works perfectly for me since all of my sites use the K2 extension for content. I love K2 and I am very comfortable with it. Since I've been using it, it's made my sites come alive. It's great to have this extension because it allows me to integrate a webstore right into my K2 content that I'm already so used to using. Excellent work on this. I'll be using this for a long time to come!
Podcast Suite
This is an excellent component. It makes it extremely easy to generate iTunes compatible podcast feeds, while integrating your podcasts directly and seamlessly into your Joomla! content. What I'd like to see is integration with JoomlaWorks' amazing K2 component with an option to save the podcast episode as a K2 content item. This is just a wonderful component and I am in love with it!

nBill Lite
Although this doesn't have nearly what the full version does, it has what I need to operate my business and it's free, you can't beat that!

FLEXIcontent
This is great - not only does it have all the features that I've waited for Joomla! to have for many years, but it also has some major advantages over other Joomla! CCK attempts. The biggest being that it utilizes and extends Joomla! core content rather than using its own isolated content structure. Thank you for this!

jConnector
First of all, this is a great module. It integrates Facebook Connect with the Joomla! core pefectly. It's flaw is that it creates a field in the user database which Community Builder does not recognize and prevents the user from editing their CB profile. The developer has stated however that this is a priority on his to do list, so we should see a fix coming soon.

Beat over at joomlapolis.com has stated that an official CB Facebook connect option will be available soon, however this is perfect for sites that don't have a use for Community Builder.

Glad you liked it! You'll be happy to know CommunityBuilder is now supported in 1.1. You can download it from our web site.

Projectfork
My search for good web based project management software ends with this and it leads me right back to Joomla! once again. This does everything I need right out of the box to manage my jobs/projects without having to leave the perimeter of Joomla!. I'm finding it less and less necessary to look outside Joomla! for solutions thanks to incredible developers like JP.

PaymentsPlus for Mosets Tree
This component gives me an essential ability to run part of my business and I can't thank the developer enough for creating this. It's easy to use and allows custom subscription pricing in such a practical manner. Excellent work!

DatsoGallery
The Joomla 1.0x version of DatsoGallery was without a doubt the best integrated gallery solution for Joomla. It's ease of use, the ability for front-end public photo uploads, extensive management control on the back-end, etc., made it a pleasure to use. This native 1.5 version is even better and enhances the original, making vast improvements in functionality and style. Excellent work from Mr. Datso once again!

K2
This component is perfect for me, having to create a separate area of my site that serves as a database with nested categories and custom content types. Until this extension came along, I was forced to use a Wiki for this purpose, which is excellent and easy to use, but I really wanted this database to be a part of my site and manageable through the site directly. This extension does that for me and I couldn't be happier with it.

Not only does it function as I need it to, it's also pretty, which is a plus since I am trying to retain visual appeal on my site as well as a wealth of knowledge.

The support community is also excellent and the developer addresses concerns immediately. This is to be expected from JW, who has consistently maintained an excellent reputation as a developer.

This extension will do exactly what I need it to until Joomla 1.6 is released, which (hopefully) should have both nested categorization and a built-in CCK. I hope anyway. If not, we will still have K2!
