Well, this the 3rd component I have from foobla, and the product is working fine as said. Installed and up and running in mints. And I like the add-on option, as it open doors to any script or component I have to be integrated in obRSS.

But I am writing this review because I really like the support provided by the developers. Simply they fix, update and even do custom works to go with your site, in the same day!

I think the support is the most important thing when you run a site that must be 24/7 online. And the guys at foobla.com provide excellent support.

If you are reading this then you agree with me that these days having a presence on social sites such as Facebook and Twitter is important..

And using obSocialSubmit I did that. I managed to auto-post content from my site (joomla content, kunena, mtree, sobi2) to Facebook & Twitter.

Simple & easy to use component, and the support is excellent.

They replied all my support tickets in less than 24h, created 2 custom add-ons for me, and updated 4 add-ons to run on my site.

I use it for replacing/hiding email and telephone numbers in kunena posts.

But you can replace anything, with anything, in any part of Joomla :)

It's a must have in every joomla installation!

I was looking for a jobs component for sometime now, and I didn't find what I need. I even started working on running 2 copies of sobi2 and/or mosets tree components to do this, but I was not happy with the result.

I found Jobs from instanphp, it has all the features I needed, however I was concerned about the support!

Anyway, desperate as me to run a jobs service on my site, I ordered the component and installed it on a test server to test it. And as it was running fine, I installed it on my life site. It was simple install with no problems, but I faced a problem later, and posted the error I am having on the support forum, and I was really impressed!

I received a reply instantly, actually it was more like a chat over the forums! And they even offered to login to my site to check my setup.

And they did, and found the problem from my server side, so they did me a custom file to fix my problem, and everything was ruining fine in minits .

For me, support is the most important issue as I can not risk shutting down my site as I have paying clients on it.

So if you are looking for a good component with an excellent support, go instanphp.
