I visited to their website and download windows installation file and excacute on windows 7 and connect to web server via FTP and upload 1.4MB of data to hosting account. open admin account on desktop and generate java code which need to past it into joomla module. double click my client on desktop and my status changed from offline to online....not that super difficult to install....but you need to build SQL db on hosting first and connect to that DB.....great extension for FREE chat....it's up and running on our site.

i tried to install this extension and it's super easy...the only problem is default swf limit. however, i send their support email to request new banner size and they response my email within few hours and promised me to send me our new banner sizes. on their website they claim the new version will eliminate the standard banner size....let's wait and see.
