This is a powerful poll extension. I am able to publish polls via component, module or content plugin.

This extension allows the publisher to get creative with Polls

This extension allows the publisher to gain insight; the extension can be configure to allow users to add their own responses which can be valuable insight that helps us broaden our options. Furthermore, this extension can be configured to allow user to add comments to the listed answers. This too can help the publisher gain insight about the user's experience.

FOR WISHLIST, I would prefer that jVoteSystem allowed the user to manipulate the display of the polls by following joomla guidelines about file structure. As of now, it is difficult to manipulate or style the polls through component / module override or alternative layout

Browser assign template
A flash based module displayed differently in FireFox (vs. all other browsers, IE, Chrome, Safari, Opera). Forum person recommended I download this plug in. After I downloaded this plugin, I copied the default template, renamed it, to differentiate from default, and I added a module position for the flash module in question. Then, in the plugin parameters, I indicated which template I wanted for FireFox engine, and voila, no time spent in re-styling for FireFox. Thank you.

Does display random images when page refreshed

Random Image - Modifiziert
Thank you for this plug in. It is very handy to display different images when the page is refreshed. The only problem I ran into was the style rendered with browsers Safari, Opera, and IE8. The displayed images exceed the body's width, and affect the lay out of the page. Module displays as intended with Firefox.
