Contacted support who infomed me that they could log in to my back-end and look at the issue, but if they discovered that the module was working they would charge me a minumum of 50£ for the working hours.
i then asked them if the issue wasn't with the module to inform me first, as i didn't want to pay an additional 50£.
i never heard from them again.
Factually incorrect review in every way. I personally respond to every "support" request.
We offer FREE support for all our products, even years after purchase, however we understand that there are lots of factors and "bits" that power a website and experience shows us that customers are quick to blame our software when the fault lies elsewhere. For example, today I looked into an issue where bfForms would not install, took me about 45 mins of debugging, - customer blaming our software, only to find out that he had hit his hard disk quota on his hosting account - which was nothing to do with our product, and so he was charged £50 for our consultancy time. We very rarely have to charge, but reserve the right to so that people dont abuse our experience and time.
If *WE* are unable to install our product on your site then we offer a FULL REFUND - but simply demanding a refund without letting us investigate (or worse threatening blackmail of negative reviews, and/or fraudulent paypal chargebacks) will not result in a refund.
