Having said that, there is an error on line 148 in the system plugin ($name is undefined). Not a biggy, but annoying when you have noticed turned on.
Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a clear way of assigning content to specific error pages without hacking the core htacces, also access denied would be a nice feature if we had an option to "include login form" shouldn't be too much extra work for you as it's simply calling the login module.
Other than that, good work, just saved me an hour of templating error.php
