Very easy installation and usage. It is also possible to add urls manually.

Note: You have to edit Joomla core file to get this work.

What I miss is a front end form to submit entrys by users: User should submit an entry and admin/moderator should publish.

This is a great and easy to install extension. It works directly after installation. Of course you have to do some work with module positions and design (via css) for the mobile site. But all technical issues are solved with this plugin!
