I had an issue with wanting to remove several of the columns of data in the backend. I submitted a ticket on their site. Here is a time line of how quickly they responded and answered my question:

Tuesday, 26 May 2009 15:09:57 - Got an answer, this is something they are aware of and gave me instructions to help me help them fix it.
Tuesday, 26 May 2009 16:01:13 - I had a followup question.
Tuesday, 26 May 2009 16:19:59 - They answered. Asked what columns I wanted to keep.
Wednesday, 27 May 2009 11:28:39 - I answered.
Wednesday, 27 May 2009 16:27:24 - they respond PROBLEM FIXED!
Thursday, 28 May 2009 11:24:05 - I have a second issue, backups not working correctly.
Thursday, 28 May 2009 14:38:49 - They respond needing a copy of the backup.
Thursday, 28 May 2009 14:40:54 - I respond with attached backup file.
Thursday, 28 May 2009 16:32:32 - They respond, PROBLEM FIXED! everything runs great.

They are very good at what they do. And the service was incredible.

WELL WORTH THE $26.00 (US)!!!
