These guys are really pro-active and willing to help. We had a layout issue with this module, and they were straight onto it and went in and made some custom amendments for us.

Images Crawler
This is a great module and fulfils a requirement where many others do not. Only disappointment was that I experienced a clash with this when running the popular Glossary component, i.e. the module fails to load if Glossary is published, yet sadly there is no support forum thread/heading for the Images Crawler extension on the developers website, so I was unable to raise this issue.

Apart from that, great work!

This is still a very young component in development, but it has great potential. The team behind it are extremely supportive and offer good communications with any problems. They are also very open to feedback for the direction in which the component will be developed.

So positive to see such a positive project, it knocks spots off other support desk components that ironically are terribly badly supported themselves!

We had such high hopes for this product, which looks great and promises fantastic results. Sadly, we experienced many issues when attempting custom changes for our client, in line with instructions from the manual.

The support from this company is next to non existent. I have to agree with the previous comment that this drastic lack of support leaves this product incapable of performing in a corporate environment.

Very disappointing.
