This is exactly what I was looking for. It's robust enough, without being overwhelming, and trying to be its own CMS. It integrates perfectly with Joomla's existing Article Manager. I wasn't a fan of the other CCK's that basically replace Joomla as the CMS--what's the purpose of Joomla at that point? But this works right inside Joomla.
There's a lot of settings, and it does take a bit of playing around to get going. But it's totally worth it.

I was more looking for something that was going to integrate with Joomla's content items--not be a CMS all in and of itself. I simply want to add a few fields to Joomla's content items, not have to essentially use a 3rd party to manage my content. What's the point of installing Joomla at this point? If you're managing everything with K2.
Also, it lets you add extra fields, but it doesn't seem to let you add extra image fields that I can tell.

Very nice addon. Time and patience are required in the configuration and setup.
As of now there is a bug where an item won't open in a new window even if it has been set to do so in its options.
