FrontpagePlus
I use this instead of the Joomla! FrontPage article Blog. This is why:
I use a single Joomla! installation to serve 1 central community having 8 departments.
Each department has it's own sections.
With FrontpagePlus, the 8 departments are now alowed to check the 'Front Page' option in an article.
The home page of each department is a 'FrontpagePlus' page pointing at all sections owned by the department.
Great! Thanx for this extension!

My pleasure. That's exactly what I created it for.

Google Calendar
Hi, Tried a few Google Calendar components, but this one is far the best! Having Calendar-sources (link to your Google calendar) combined in one calendar is simple and brilliant. Here's what I'm (going to) do with it:
About 8 subsidiaries of a church use one Joomla instance. Each subsidiary has its own Google calendar account. Each account has several sub-agenda's like church service dates, meetings, etc. On the central Church service page ALL services of all subsidiaries are shown. On the subsidiary pages only their services agenda is shown!
Thanx for a great component!
PS. Could not find any modules...

Mad Blanks
You need to dive in the swimming pool of options so if you want to give it a serious try... spend a couple of hours! But once I did that... Wauw!
I'm using it to create quiz pages (Church website) and send a response email to the player letting him/her know how they scored.

Love your mambot, especially the diversity of it!
Removed several other mambots now in favour of this one.
(Small glitch I found is that the video appears on top of all DIV's. Solved it by adding wmode="transparent" as an extra option in the generated html: .)
Chears! Nico

I am not sure I follow what you are saying. Can you send me the before and after and what it does differently?
Thanks for the feedback!

Good idea and really tiny and smart plugin!

Suggested to extend it with {fp} and {/fp} to display content only if article is displayed in the frontpage and {nonfp} and {/nonfp} to display content if the article is displayed somewhere else.

That will help e.g. to display a small foto on the frontpage and a large foto when clicked on 'more…'. Got a positive reaction on that suggestion from the author, so lets see what happens… :-)
