Thanks for taking the time to write a review, although it's too bad you didn't get in touch with our outstanding support department to resolve these very basic requirements you had. (1) The JReviews Express themes are 100% customizable , so if you wanted to disable comments and reformat the output it can be done through theme changes. (2) There's a setting to turn off review helpfulness voting under configuration settings, reviews tab; and you can also remove it from the theme files as well if you didn't find the setting.
