I uploaded the plugin and had a small problem with validation so I contacted the Pearl Group and was pleasantly surprised. Mike at Pearl Group contacted me and helped me work out the issue with my set up. The plugin is extremely easy to use however my problem was with my website not the plugin. I have not purchased the Pro version yet but after the way Mike took care of my situation I am sure I will.
