I tryed other products before (free and commercial, es. obHelpdesk) but, as i said nothing is near this one.
Furthermore the component itself can be useful for many different scopes.
the support is quick, simple, friendly and efficent.
An excellent experience at all.
Strongly recommend.

Like in subject i encountered an awful support on my issues, since two weeks i posted my needs (and even bring them the whole entire website in a zip file to try solve issues) but nothing happens.
None of the modules works (even if they seems installed). The component is untranslatable (even if there's a "language" button in backend). Staff and Groups are apart from joomla ACL. Useful only in some (too simple) scenarios. A very bad experience.
