My client wanted a submission that he could just hit 'reply to' and it was a booking request for accommodation. This extension was perfect for his needs. Not only did the extension work, it had the flexibility my client wanted and support - well, fantastic. Douglas is a true professional and the sort of developer who should make joomla proud. If I could give 11 stars I would. Amazing support - so rare these days. If you are looking for a great extension with even greater support you have found it.

I love this component but I have had issues with support being somewhat erratic. When I first created my form, I had difficulties because I was running on the the wrong version of joomla and I received immediate and fantastic response from Phil. I was asked to send a support request and to ignore the request for 50 pounds. Yet I am receiving emails from paypal requesting payment. I rectified the issue with the version, and I encountered another issue with the form failing to send to me despite having configured (I thought) correctly). I emailed and emailed as this was an urgent job I needed to complete but after 5 days no response. There is no support forum (this has been suspended) so one can only wait for Phil to respond. I tried posting in the forum here and whilst I received a reply it did not help. I evetually nutted out the issue (not Phil's fault) but it cost me 10s of hours and alot of frustration.
It is a great extension, I love it. But support is erratic and seemingly expensive. I was assured that I would not be charged yet I am being asked for money.
I would like the forum re-established so that folk can help each other when Phil is too busy to help us. Plus I feel that 50 pounds is alot when one takes into account currency conversion. For me that is about $130 so that is a considerable sum of money.
Love the extension, don't like the lack of support infrastructure. Probably wouldn't buy it again because I look for ongoing support.

Lets be clear here: Post-Sales support is ALWAYS free!, we have clearly communicated our reasons for not having a forum, and handle each customers support queries PERSONALLY without auto replies or 3rd parties.

You were running a very old version of Joomla that could be hacked! We advised you that in order for your site to be secure and to use our products you needed to upgrade to Joomla! 1.5.12 (The latest available at the time) and we could do that for you for our standard fee. The fee was for additional services (Joomla Upgrade) and NOT post sales support which has always been FREE!

Also you add in your review that your problem was not even our fault :-) so you not only received FREE after sales support you received FREE support for a problem that was not even our code's fault :-) :-)

I have laboured with other form submission sotware but this is the first one that was up and running in no time. I just wish that I could get it to upload to access database - but in all other respects this is the best.
