I'm pretty new to JUGA, but I had a problem out of the gate with the menu function working with my YOO Studio template. The team at Dioscouri worked very hard to fix it... and they did. It took a while (a week of pretty much daily back and forth communication) and at one point they thought they would have to do some custom work (which I paid them to do), but in the end they were able to update a mod and php help file so they returned the custom fee. Nice service.
