The Joomla! Extensions Directory ™

I have recently set up a social networking site using Joomla and JomSocial called GAYnatter. One of the things my users wanted was a Poll solution. The built in Joomla Polls wasn't flexible enough and users couldn't create their own polls.
I came across Community Polls and thought I would try it out. What an absolutely fantastic add-on. It's bought GAYnatter alive with users setting up their own polls and interacting.
However, I had a problem with some of the scripting. Not an issue, Maverick of CoreJoomla was straight on the case. He even logged into my Admin back-end to trouble shoot the issue for me, and put in place a patch to fix the issue. The guy is a unique rarity in the world of add-ons, someone who is diligent enough to try to fix issues and not just refer a user to a forum and then not want to help any further. I commend and applaud him for his diligence in this.
As you can see, I cannot praise the add-on any higher than this, and although the issue isn't completely fixed, Maverick is still working on fixing it completely (I might add that the problem may not even be related to his code, but a combination of template and other apps on my site, but he's still willing to fix the issue!).
So, if you want to bring your Joomla/JomSocial website to life, I would thoroughly recommend Community Polls.
