FaceBook Slider
Top notch Facebook module. There are so many Facebook modules that get in way rather than accessorize your website. Facebook Slide is well thought out, slick and will enhance your website.
Being the 1st version I found it has minor glitch or two. It interfiers with Rokbox and YouNewsSlideshow, but I'm sure this will be sorted out in V2.

Well Done!

Ice Gallery
Where do I start... I manage a website for my sons local community basketball club. I installed an image gallery extension, and another for a video gallery and on top of this I started looking for a .swf movie gallery to play interactive flash game drills for coaches. This was becoming quite messy in the admin and also for viewing the website.
Until I came across Ice Gallery. It manages all these things in the one app. I wish I tried it earlier, as it would have save me a huge amount of time trawling through component after component.
After I first installed it and going into the administration I was a little overwhelmed. But that's just me. It's because the package has so much functionality. Once I had a play around in the administration, it turned out to be easy to navigate and very well set out.
One thing I find a must, is front-end uploading and file management. This component does it well. As well a community management of user's own media, access and even an ecard style section.
I'm only scratching the surface of what it can do. And I'm sure it will only get better, in future versions.... being a newish Joomla app.
The only thing it doesn't have is forum support yet. Having said that I did contact the developer via his contact form on the ice gallery website and he responded the same day(impressive). I'm sure as this component becomes popular (and it will) a forum will become available.
It the most impressive component I've come across since finding Joomla its self.

jDownloads
This is wonderful. Simply layed out with logical and powerful funtionality. To many front end extentions won't allow the author to edit or delete there own files. This one does plus so much more! The only one very small detail is, it would be nice for the users email address to be optional to display (like in the upload form)

DM K2 Article List PRO
This is the only article list I now that supports popups. Great if your like me that wants to display articles with pages of the text. In a popup screen dispayed in RAW format, large blocks of text appear neat.

Without using a popup large articals have the potential to destroy the layout of a webpage.

Note: RokBox plugins needs to be also installed to support the popup function

Frontend User Article List
A good around article editor/deleter for the front end. I was original just looking for a way to delete the articles from the front end. But with all the other front end article editing functions neatly tablized in one section is great.
One small thing to suggest is an exit button at the top to take you back to your previous menu before entering F.U.A.L.
A small glitch in the 2.0 version is that going back through the page numbers (prev button too) at the base of the editor doesn't seem to work for me.

Seems like the ideal mod to display the latest by category or section, but lack of instructions has made it difficult to work out how to assign the sorting to the category

SMARTcontact
Donate would be better :(
It'll make the extension more popular

Google
Has the right components.

It needs the option to turn fields off and on. And customize headings, like in the contact form.
It would also be nice to have the three components display in a neat row (contact details, map, contact us).

Do this and you'll have a brilliant extension.

Very quick and easy to set up, and no apparent bugs.
If you want a basic contact form on you site, then this will do it. This module does away with the complications/confusion on setting up a simple form. It can be set in a module position or article. No captcha with this, but I did want it.
