CComment Pro
I was looking for at comment component for Joomla. I looked at the different alternatives. AFAICC the compojoom extension is the most comprehensive and and it supports comments for DocMan which was a mandatory feature for my project. I had some problems after installation and Daniel Dimitrov from compojoom worked day and night to help me. I am really excited about the component and also the level of support from Daniel!

Ecwid
I have tried several e-commerce solutions for Joomla, e.g. Virtuemart, AMBRA, iJoomla Digistore etc. Each of these components are so heavy and often confusing to use and it takes a lot of time to configure the components. Then I stumbled onto ecwid, and I am so thrilled with it. It is so easy to use and has all the frequently used functions as you expect, when you build an online webshop. They have great support and it looks like they put a lot of effort into the project.

Joom Donation
I needed a donation component that was more than just a module with a PayPal button... I looked for a component and very important also some modules to show donors. Joom Donation has a module that shows top donors, latest donors and donors randomly. This is just what I looked for! My website users will love this :-) Before I had to manually update my website after receiving a donation...

Install went smoothly... But I had quite a few problem after installation. The problems was not caused by Joom Donation, but was due to the joomla template that I use. Also the php version on my server was wrong. The admin at joomservices.com was very competent and help me through with my problems. Very nice support!

Only objection would be that I had to wait a couple of days before hearing from the admin, because he was out of the house...

Great work! I look forward to updates and I will definitely look for other extensions with joomservices.com

Event Registration Pro
I needed a component to present courses on a customer's website. I had a deadline to meet and I did not have much time. I browsed the extension library and found Registration Pro and DTRegister. I actually went for DTRegister, because it seemed simple and it seemed it had the features that I needed to meet the customer's requirements. However, after installing and configuring DTRegister a blank webpage was shown, when I accessed the component from a menuitem... :-( I never experienced that before with ANY component...! Really strange... :-( Because I had a deadline to meet I then bought Registion Pro and it just worked right out of the box! :-) I am really satisfied.

Only objection would be that some configuration options in the backend don't seem to have any effect in the frontend, e.g.:

General Layout Settings in the Configuration menu. Here you should be able to:

Show header: (yes/no)
Show intro text on the event listing page: (yes/no)

However, these options have no effect in the frontend...?!? :-(
