I also installed and configured it just like the instructions said in 3 different test sites, nothing at all displays, tried eveything noticed this reported on your forum also, with no resolution, this must be about the 50th social boookmark widget i downloaded that does not work.

whymark, I'm sorry you couldn't get it working. This plugin works just fine. I don't know what your problem would be since you never asked about it in our support forum. There are hundreds of other users of this plugin, that have it working just fine. It's too bad you use this review as a place to say it doesn't work, we have a forum that would be more appropriate for getting help. There's only 1 person who mentioned in the forum that it's not working & it's some russian site that's using a blog model (this plugin only works on articles, not blog/category/section layouts).

For the sake of the developers, please don't spread rumors that aren't true.

The Ultimate Social Bookmarking Plugin
I followed the instructions - they are sparse and my whole site went into error. I tried contacting for support but it was not obvious how to post in the forum etc and I dont have hours to look for a support button etc. Sorry but the instructions need to be clearer, for example I am a total novice who is allergic to code etc. I do gladly pay for support and pay for widgets all the time, on the basis that their instructions are clear and they do exactly what they say they will do. I use Joomla for my business websites so I need a strong, robust stable platforms and tested widgets that do exactly what they say and can be configured simply.

Hi whymark. If you get an error your server isn't running PHP 5 with SimpleXML. This is explained in the documentation here on the Extensions web site, in the documentation on my web site, in the documentation included with the plugin, and in several threads in my support forums. JoomlaDigger.com uses Kunena, popular forum software which is simple to post to. You could have searched the support forums, posted to them, contacted me through the "Contact the webmaster" link in my site's main menu, or emailed me directly to the email listed here on the Extensions site. I have made it extremely easy to get support, no reason to spend hours searching for a magic support button. Best of luck to you.
