I take wajalot's words as mine. I also have the same problem and it came some later the expiration of subscription. So, no chance to request for help since ticket system is disabled. Support for this component is one of the worst I've seen in my life. No customer or helping forum can be found and the FAQ is pathetic.

Tickets system available to holders of active subscriptions only. It's noted in the subscription and when you pay for it, so agree with it. If your subscription expired, but you need more help, renew it and you will get the necessary assistance again.
