THEY DO NOT RESPOND EMAILS, PROGRAM IS NOT WORKING FOR ME AND THEY DONOT HELP ME! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I bougth this component over five or six months ago. Ever since, I contacted customer support because I was having problems with it, because people was able to pay for a document but the email notification with the link to download it wan'n received. The never respond.

It seems that they will respond before you buy it in order for you to be happy and make the purchase... Because after you buy it they do not respond... I'm very dissapointed... If you want to sell somenthing, give the propper customer support. .. If i sent an email is to be read and answered not to be just in your email and lay back and do not respond... Very dissapointed... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this!!! BIG NO!!

Could you please be kind and contact me so that I can check the issue for you? The extension works very well for other customers I have no clue who you are because :

1. I don't see any account on my site with the username which you registered on JED.

2. Have you posted your questions on our forum ? I have an active forum which I usually replied to customers very quickly.

3. Have you submited a support ticket o our support ticket systems ?

4. What email did you send to me ? Could you please send to contact@joomdonation.com ?

I was looking for a Joomla real estate component, and I wasn't sure wich one to buy, then I started doing some research, asking questions, and from the begining this guys answered me all the questions fastly!!... Then I decided to buy it, and I don't regret!! It is the one I needed!! the support is the best!!!

This component is from STATE OF THE ARTS!! I fully recommend it, Im really happy I decided for this one, they helped me all the way long and answer me very accurate.

So, if you are looking for a GREAT real estate component, worthy for the price, support, effectiveness, professionalism and great results, then you have to BUY THIS!!
