Simple Pushup Plugin
Since many sites run on the latest browsers and are optimized for the latest browsers, the ones who are left behind are the ones that do not upgrade their browsers. This can lead to dissatisfied customers since many are uninformed that their browser is out of date. This simple plugin allows all users to be notified of newer browser versions and is a MUST have for sites that wish to keep their visitors and members informed about viewing the site with the latest version of the browser for optimized site viewing experience.

Slight errors in Internet Explorer

After installing this plugin, my PNG pictures seem to "disappear" in Internet Explorer (it works fine in FireFox, but then again there wasn't any problem in FF before, since I needed this plugin for IE users).
Also, all of my boxes (shoutbox, latest news box, and left/right module boxes) seem to ignore the "boundaries" or borders I set in my template css files, so everything overflows in the page (the entire scroll box content is spilled onto the whole site rendering the scroll bar useless)

I am sorry the plugin didn't work for you; as I said, it doesn't ALWAYS work properly, just as none of the available PNG fixes do. This one, however, worked for me when no other did, so I decided to make it into a plugin.

There are other PNG fixes available here, try them one by one - might work for you :)

This is possibly the best content component anybody can have. It allows you to mass add articles into sections and categories VERY QUICKLY. Even if you are submitting a single article, this component allows you to quickly submit articles with OR without an editor. You can do everything the standard Joomla article-submit form can do plus more in a very convenient manner.

For sites like mine where I am submitting tons of articles daily or for sites that post contents for downloads in separate articles, this component is for you!

There has never been a problem running this on Joomla 1.5.x and installing and using this component takes seconds, giving you more time to do other things like manage the website.

There are certain things that I wish to protect from viewing source and this plugin really helps. Yes, people can just go to view-->page source, press Ctrl+U, or run the no-script plugin as mylonojr stated, but I wish to prevent people from stealing some pictures I have in a simple slideshow, where users can just right click and get the link. The thing is that I have hundreds of pictures in the slideshow IN RANDOM MODE, each picture only lasting 1.5 seconds. It is a great way to "minimize" (not necessarily stop) taking some of the photos.
